Pricing
We publish it, because “contact us for a quote” usually means “the price depends on how much we think we can ask for”.
1. Process review
One week
We map how you work today and measure what it costs — hours, errors, delays. You get a written analysis, a list of opportunities, a payback calculation for each, and a fixed quote.
If automation doesn’t pay back inside 9 months, we tell you and we stop. You pay for the review and you leave with a map of your own process — it’s yours, and it’s useful with or without us.
The fee comes off in full if we work together within 60 days.
2. Automation
Two weeks
One process, end to end. Fixed price — not hourly, not “approximately”.
3. Connected process
Several systems joined into one flow: order → payment → warehouse → courier → invoice → customer. Usually a second or third step, once the first has already proved a result.
4. Support and monitoring
Required for the first 12 months
Not because it suits us, but because an automation nobody is watching is a slow-motion accident: it works until it doesn’t, and nobody notices — until customers start phoning.
- Monitoring on every process
- Alerts on failure — we find out before you do
- Up to 3 hours of changes a month
- A measured results report every quarter
a month
What isn’t included
Hosting, language models, document reading — billed at cost plus 15%. We show you the bill. Typically €20–€80 a month.
Who owns what
You own the logic. We run the plumbing and we carry the risk. Every process is documented and held in escrow — if we part ways, you take it with you.
The guarantee
From our sixth project of a given type onward: if we don’t save you the hours we promised within 90 days, you don’t pay for the build.
We can afford to offer that because we know how long it takes us to do it properly.
